So you’re a Les Mills fan? Come along to the Australian Institute of Fitness Active Stage and take part in a FREE Les Mills group fitness class. You can join in on as many classes as you like. Come dressed in your active wear and be sure to bring along a towel and a drink bottle; you’re going to get hot & sweaty!

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

BODYJAM Legit dancing and major tunes: that you will hear in the charts NEXT YEAR. This is a real dance class.
BODYCOMBAT Get fighting fit in this no-equipment, non-contact session. Be prepared to punch, kick and burn…serious energy.
BODYATTACK High energy fitness. Run, jump, lunge, squat, push and repeat. Come play! For the absolute beginner and the fitness addict.
GRIT CARDIO HIIT. Zero equipment. 30-minutes. How bad can it be?
BODYBALANCE This yoga based class with elements of Tai Chi and Pilates will leave you calm, centred, long and strong.
SH’BAM Dance. Dance. Dance. Can’t dance? Doesn’t matter – come as you are!
