Men’s Fitness Fit Bloke Challenge
Reckon you’re the fittest guy in your gym? Put it to the test at the Men’s Fitness 2017 Fit Bloke Challenge!
If you win, you’ll not only appear in the pages of Men’s Fitness but you’ll head home with a heap of fantastic prizes, including training gear and health products. What are you waiting for?
WHEN AND WHERE THE CHALLENGE?
The challenge will be held at the Fitness Show Darling Harbour on Friday 28th, Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th April from 10am-5pm.
WHAT’S THE CHALLENGE?
The MF Fit Bloke Challenge is a fitness competition comprising several demanding physical tests that will be staged within the Fitness Show. Entry to the comp is free, but competitor numbers are limited. The Challenge will be held over three days (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), culminating with a grand final on Sunday, April 30.
If you’re selected to compete, someone from Men’s Fitness will be in touch before the event. You’ll be sent information about the challenge and tickets to the Fitness Show.
WHAT ARE THE EXERCISES?
Men’s Fitness aren’t revealing what the exercises are exactly, but they have told us that the challenge might include box jumps, pullups, kettlebell swings, rowing and deadlifts. Overall, the exercises will test your speed, strength, stamina, endurance and mental toughness and they’re against the clock. It won’t be easy. And you’ll be competing head-to-head on stage in front of a live audience. There are no weight categories, but you do have to be over 18.

HOW TO ENTER
Places are limited. For your chance to take part, send an email to Men’s Fitness and be sure to attach two recent pictures of yourself showing your body include some information about your training regimen, along with a little about yourself: age, weight, height, job, background, contact details. Keep it to 100 words or less. Then hit ‘Send’. Next step? Get training!
