F45 Training brings you its signature workout: Hollywood, led by former NRL Player and F45 Director, Dan Conn.  Expect 45 minutes of high intensity interval circuits that will put your strength, core stability and cardiovascular endurance under the brightest of spotlights. It’s a test of strength and, even more, a test of willpower.

TRAIN WITH COMMANDO STEVE

Commando Steve will work with you on the fundamentals of movements such as squats, push-ups and burpees.  You will then be put through your paces in a GetCommandoFit circuit style workout that will test you both physically and mentally.
