Choc Mint Protein Mousse

Here is a recipe for those chocolate mousse fans out there that are looking for a healthier alternative, thanks to Flush Fitness

Makes 4

¼ cup Walden Farms sugar free Maple Syrup
2 ripe avocados
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp peppermint extract
½ cup cacao
1 scoop choc mint Titan Protein
Mint leaves to serve.

1.In a food processor start by blending together the avocado and maple syrup.
2.Add the vanilla and peppermint extracts.
3.Finally add the cacao and protein powder and blend until smooth.
4.Spoon the mousse into ramekins and leave in the fridge to chill.
5.Remove from fridge when ready to serve and decorate with fresh mint leaves.
